The forum was organised by the Zagreb Library Association and Moneterra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interactive workshop was led by Assoc. Prof. Marko Kova\u010di\u0107, PhD, Associate Professor and Head of the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Rijeka, whose work sits at the intersection of public policy and political sociology, with a focus on youth issues. The workshop grew out of the research on young people that the facilitator conducts as part of his scholarly work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The forum encouraged librarians to make a conceptual shift toward the principle of \u201ewith them, not for them&#8221;. The starting idea was simple: good programmes for young people do not emerge from assumptions but from data.
