The book analyses how kleptocratic systems operate through transnational networks of political and professional actors, with a particular focus on the role of Western-based service providers in enabling corruption and illicit finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These insights are used in the Strategy to demonstrate why <strong>network-aware and targeted approaches<\/strong> are essential for effective anti-corruption policy.
