for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>employees in public administration and local government,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>members of civil society organisations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consultants and managers in project management, public procurement, and strategic communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>students of YUFE universities network and the University of Rijeka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the programme is to equip participants with the skills to <strong>analyse, develop, and implement public policies<\/strong> based on evidence and contemporary methodologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Admission Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must hold a <strong>completed undergraduate or graduate (university or professional) degree<\/strong> in any field, except for students of YUFE universities network and the University of Rijeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Learning Outcomes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the programme, participants will learn to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Critically analyse public policies at the local, national, and European levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop policy documents, strategies, and briefs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply methodologies and tools for public policy analysis in practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the context and needs of various sectors (education, health, culture, energy, social policy, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write clearly and effectively for decision-making purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in advocacy and strategic communication processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr modules<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Challenge Module (8 ECTS)<\/strong><br>Practical work on a real social challenge through policy analysis and development of proposed solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Core Competences (10 ECTS)<\/strong><br>Covers public policy theory, methodology, policy writing, and advocacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sectoral Public Policies (12 ECTS)<\/strong><br>Elective courses based on participants\u2019 interests: security, social, education, health, cultural, anti-corruption, innovation, energy policy, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programme Enrolment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the successful implementation of the first edition of the programme in the first half of 2026, the programme will continue in 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More information about enrolment and the programme delivery format will be available at the end of
